After the summer break, we are starting up again with the webinar series: Everything about AgenaTrader – Questions, Answers, Features! Starting today, Udo Müller will once again guide you through the wonderland of AgenaTrader and, as always, has prepared an interesting topic.
Based on his successful and extremely popular webinar series “Become an AgenaTrader Expert in 10 Steps” from last year, AgenaTrader training partner Udo Mueller will this time alternate between features and tools of AgenaTrader Mercury and Andromeda every two weeks. He will discuss interesting and possibly also lesser-known or not so heavily used features from the two versions.
All participants are of course welcome to ask questions during the webinar, which Udo will answer live and with the help of examples.

AgenaTrader 2.8.0.xxx Minor Release
After several unplanned delays, the time has come for us to start rolling out 2.8.0 in the next few days!
Some topics that have kept us busy for a long time were:
The price synchronization of the SoftFutures because the different brokers or data feeds have different pricing and so it can be that e.g. a data feed prices the SoftFutures with US cents but the broker qoutiert with USD (or vice versa) and then the price scale has not matched by a factor of 100. Where other platforms do not worry about this or do not offer soft futures at all for this reason, we have developed a set of rules across brokers/data feeds in order to always have the quotation of the soft futures correctly adjusted.

The Combo-Trader for options – which is synchronized with the Combo-Trader of IB was another focus of this version, which we have already published the one/other time with the following video: LINK (only available in German)

Tip of the week: Indicator alerts
Did you know that in the AgenaTrader you have alerts available that will notify you, as soon as a particular indicator has crossed the defined price level.
To create an indicator alert, open the context menu by right-clicking into the chart and then choose “Add Indicator Alert”. Specific settings can be edited by clicking on the respective icon on the price alert line: make the desired modifications in the now open context menu und confirm with “OK”.
Alternatively, you can open the respective tab via “Tools -> Alerts -> Indicator Alerts” in the main toolbar. By right clicking into the tab you can now edit specific settings – simply choose “Edit Alert”. Then make the desired modifications in the now open context menu und confirm with “OK”. In addition, you can program individual features for alerts with the Alert handler.
