Rarely has a statement been more true than this one. Most of us have spent more time at home than ever before, and yet this Christmas feels more like coming home than any other. Because even with restrictions, rearrangements, the “New Normal,” it’s an arrival of reflective familiarity, beloved childhood memories, and the good feeling of making the last yards to show 2020 that we’re not going to let it get us down. We hope you and your loved ones made it through this year in good health and want to say thank you for your loyalty!
However, COVID-19 has not left us unscathed. Due to the necessary distance working, the AgenaTrader support team was under maximum load the whole year, and so we would like to give a rest to our support assistants, who were there for you the whole year, over the holidays. Therefore, we kindly ask you not to create tickets during this time with questions and other general requests until after January 3, so that the team can have a fresh start into the new year. From 23 December to 3 January, the AgenaTrader support team will therefore only respond to highly critical inquiries. We thank you for your understanding!

Tip of the week: OrderStream
Did you know that with the OrderStream charts in the AgenaTrader you can have a multidimensional type of candlestick charts available? These charts can provide you with additional variables and information for technical analysis in the form of different volume numbers – beyond the pure price.
Via the PriceStyle menu in the ChartTool bar you can start the OrderStreaming. The OrderStream pad can be opened and closed with the OrderStream button in the ActionBar. OrderStream bars can be displayed for all TimeBased time units. Also, several NonTimeBased charts are supported: TickBars, RangeBars and VolumeBars. In addition to the OrderStream bars you have two indicators – the OrderStreamCells and the OrderStreamLines – available. In the OrderStream pad you can chose from different OrderStream BarTypes and edit settings fort he OrderStream bars as well as fort he OrderStream indicators.
